Ingredients: 1 banana for a glass, half a cup of milk, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 drops vanilla essence (if at home) and a pinch of cinnamon powder


1) Chop the bananas and put them in a mixer bowl.
2) Add milk, sugar, vanilla essence, and cinnamon powder. Take a good turn.
3) Now take a glass and pour your banana smoothie in it. If the milk is cold, you can drink it immediately. If it is not cold, you can keep it in the fridge for five to ten minutes and then drink it.
4) If you like it and have it at home, you can use other fruits in it.
5) Like Chikku and banana together. Or you can soak the dates the day before and add them to this smoothie.
